This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled at nusked. By placing an order on https://www.nusked.com/, you agree to the terms below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at art.wfolkestone@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at art.wfolkestone@gmail.com, including photos where possible.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Orders

International returns are accepted; however:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

  • Returned items must be clearly marked as “returned goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider
